Frequently asked questions
Why are my reminders not arriving?
Check in the app settings whether reminders are enabled. If notifications still do not appear, also check your device system settings to make sure Kompassmoment is allowed to send notifications. If permission was denied earlier, it must be enabled there again.
How can I back up my data or move it to a new device?
Your data is stored locally on your device and is not synced automatically. Use the export feature in settings to create a backup file, then use the import feature on the new device to restore that data.
Why does my backup file not import?
Import only works with backup files that were previously created with Kompassmoment's export feature. If the file was changed, damaged, or is not a matching export file, the app cannot import it.
